Our Sleep Cycle

Sleep isn’t always the same. Instead, your sleep is made up of several rounds of the sleep cycle, which has four stages. A person goes through four to six sleep cycles in a typical night1. The length of each sleep cycle varies, but on average, each one lasts about 90 minutes.

Because CBD has the ability to help with a long list of ailments it indirectly affects your sleep in a positive way.

CBD can help with:

Evidence suggests that cannabidiol or CBD for sleep can improve the quality of sleep by reducing the effects of anxiety and other stresses that are known to keep people up at night.

In general, research suggests that it works by interacting with brain receptors to relieve anxiety and insomnia. This is the proposed mechanism of action.
