By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Real CBD receives payment with VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in EUR. Euro and is incl. VAT.
MIMKO Ltd uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.
The Real CBD ships on every weekday, with orders signed by noon. 12:00 shipment will be the same day. In other cases, orders will be shipped the following business day.
A license is granted under 2 years in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and/or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product.
The Real CBD will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages will not be sent on demand.
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our web-shop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be covered by yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification shall be given per mail at email@example.com. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send by return. You can find it here (INSERT LINK TO PREVENTION FORM)If you wish to have full right of withdrawal of the product, the security seal cannot be broken upon return.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.
