Growing the hemp

We only use produce from farms that commit 100% to organic and eco-friendly practices. This means they use only organic fertilizers and grow their outdoors to soak up the warm sunshine.

Our partners’ farm has the perfect weather for growing top-quality organic hemp.

Harvesting the plants

Using methods that are both effective and eco-friendly, we grow organic hemp. This approach produces the best biomass.

We support 100% organic production, where there are no pesticides, herbicides, or heavy metals in the end product. When the hemp is ready, in August or September, the harvest takes place.

Drying the flowers

Drying the hemp is crucial. New plants have a lot of moisture, so you gotta dry ’em out to keep the crop in tip-top shape for later use.

We place the plants in drying chambers to do the job. These rooms stay toasty, with temperatures between 35 to 45°C. We also use fans to circulate the air, helping the hemp dry out in just 24 to 36 hours.

Grinding and moving

Once the plants are dry as a bone, we grind them into biomass, pack ’em in food-grade bags, and stash them in containers for shipping. And don’t worry, we keep a close eye on the temperature and humidity while moving the goods to make sure they stay fresh.

Then, it’s off to our lab for the grand finale: the extraction process!

CBD Extraction Methods

Now what? Keep reading” How to make CBD oil” and we will explain….

The purpose of CBD extraction is quite simple; to end up with the in a highly concentrated form to make it suitable for human consumption.

To achieve this, you must use plant material rich in CBD, such as special strains or hemp. You need a favorable CBD/ ratio because even in cases where plants have a THC concentration of up to 6%, the extra high CBD content should render the psychoactive effects of THC inert.

Industrial Strains and Extraction

Various strains of industrial hemp can also be used to extract CBD. They are grown around the world legally, including in India, China, and several countries in Western Europe. One of the most popular industrial hemp strains is Fedora 17. It has a low THC content which means any CBD extracted from it should have no psychoactive effects.

CBD oil made from hemp is legal in many countries around the world, including in all 50 states in the U.S., because of the negligible THC content.

The CO2 Hemp Extraction Method

This type of CBD extraction can be broken down into three groups: supercritical, subcritical, and “mid-critical.” But supercritical is used far more than any other type. In fact, it is the most common way to extract something because it is safe and gives a pure product in the end.

CO2 cannabis extraction is a simple process that uses pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) to pull CBD and other plant chemicals out of the plant. At some temperatures, CO2 acts like a solvent, but it doesn’t have any risks. It is safe and works well, but it costs a lot because it needs expensive equipment to freeze the CO2 gas and squeeze it into a supercritical cold liquid state.

CO2 & Extraction

At normal pressure and temperature, CO2 acts like a gas most of the time. In this state, it is easy to turn it into a solid. Dry ice is the name for the solid form of gas. Using the above lab equipment, you can turn CO2 gas into a liquid by lowering the temperature below -69 degrees Fahrenheit and raising the pressure to over 75 pounds per square inch (psi). At this point, you have a place to start when CO2 extracting cannabis. Next, you’ll do one of the three things listed below.

Supercritical Extraction

Once you have the liquid CO2, the next step is to raise the temperature and pressure past the point where the liquid becomes “supercritical.” This means that CO2 can now have some properties of both a gas and a liquid at the same time. Supercritical CO2 can fill a container (like a gas) while keeping its density (like a liquid). When CO2 is called “supercritical,” it is perfect for getting chemicals out of it. This is because it won’t break down the CBD or do anything else that would make it unsafe to eat.

Liquid CO2

Using this method, all you have to do is start with liquid CO2 and use a compressor to raise its pressure. The temperature also needs to be raised, which a heater can do. The next step is to put some high-quality cannabis through the supercritical carbon dioxide. This is how the CO2 will pull the essential trichomes and terpene oils out of the plant. Trichomes are the sugary-looking coating on the cannabis plant.

The solution goes through a separator and is split up into the parts it needs. The good stuff, like trichomes and , goes into the container. In the meantime, the supercritical CO2 goes through a condenser and becomes a liquid again. The liquid then goes to a special tank where it can be kept until the process starts all over again.

When it comes to choosing the best and most effective CBD, you have to try as many products as you can and see what works best.

Subcritical extraction

Low temperatures and low pressure are used in this method of extraction. Subcritical extractions take longer than their supercritical counterparts and also yield less. It keeps the terpenes, essential oils, and other sensitive parts, but it doesn’t take out the chlorophyll and omega 3 and 6 molecules. Subcritical extraction, on the other hand, is less likely to damage terpenes.

Mid-critical is just a general range between subcritical and supercritical. Some companies mix supercritical and subcritical CO2 cannabis extracts to make a full-spectrum extract. Using supercritical pressure, they use the subcritical extraction method to separate the extracted oil from the plant material. The oils are then mixed together to make a single oil called an amalgamated oil. The CO2 Total Extraction Process is the name for this.

CBD Extraction

The process of extraction is complicated and unique. Here, we’ll explain how to make CBD oil in a way that’s easy to understand.

To get the CBD out, we use supercritical . The method is safe for the environment and doesn’t have any bad or unwanted side effects. This method of processing makes an extract with a wide range of cannabinoids.

CO2 is an important part of the process. It can be used to get different things out of hemp, like cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and so on. At very high temperatures and pressures, CO2 acts as a solvent and makes it possible to get different elements out of a mixture.

When the process is done, a cannabinoid-rich crude extract is made. We want our products to have the “full spectrum” of cannabinoids and have less than 0.2% THC. Our CBD products are safe to use because of this.

Analysis and quality of CBD oil

Safety and quality are the most important things to us. Both in how the product is made and how it is used. Because of this, we make sure that our products are high-quality at every step of the process by using specific analyses and strict checks.

And the final analysis of cannabinoids is something we pay a lot of attention to.

With our products, we promise to make your everyday life better. So, we follow the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and have a management system that has been certified. We can prove this because certification and regulatory bodies have checked it out on their own.

CBD oil Packaging

After all the tests are done, we start to package the CBD oil. For this, we use dark bottles with caps that fit tightly. The last thing we do is seal the bottles, and the end result is of the highest quality.

Before we send out the products, we look at them again with care.

Conclusion – How to make CBD oil

The way CBD oil is taken out is an art. It needs to be closely watched at every step because even a small mistake can lead to an extract that isn’t good enough.

We stand for quality and perfection, so we can’t let mistakes happen. We think that as the final customer, you deserve only the best, which is why all of our products are of the highest quality.

As people who make CBD, we expect the best from ourselves. This is one of our core beliefs, and we’ll never give up on it. We always want more.
