What is it?
The main difference between this and CBD oil is that oil from hemp has very little or no CBD. It is an omega-3-rich cooking oil made by cold-pressing hemp seeds. CBD oil is made by taking the chemical compound CBD from the hemp plant’s leaves, flowers, and stalks. They are both good for your health in their own ways.

One reason could be that CBD oil costs more than hemp seed oil. CBD is sometimes called cannabidiol, full-spectrum hemp, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), or PCR hemp extracts.
CBD is probably safe to take by mouth or sprayed under the tongue. In studies, up to 1,500 mg of CBD taken by mouth for up to 4 weeks seemed reasonably safe. But CBD can have side effects, such as dry mouth, low blood pressure, diarrhea, decreased appetite, mood changes, light-headedness, and sleepiness.
