CBD dosage – how much should you take?
The right CBD dosage to take depends on a number of things, such as:
In other words, deciding your CBD dosage to take depends on a lot of different factors. Before you try CBD, talk to your doctor about the right amount to take and any possible risks. If your doctor tells you how much to use, do exactly what they say.
If your doctor doesn’t tell you what to do, it’s best to start with a lower CBD dosage and slowly increase it. This could mean taking 20–40 mg a day at first. After a week, add 5 mg to this amount. Keep doing this until you feel like your symptoms are getting better.
For example, if you have very bad pain, your CBD dosage could start at 40 mg. When you’re in a lot of pain, you can take 40 mg. After a week, you go up to 45 mg, and after another week, you go up to 50 mg. At this point, you may feel like you can handle the pain.
